The Indian Legal Brief (ILB) weekly newsletter is free. There is nothing to cancel or refund. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every issue, or by writing to contact@legalstreet.in. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

Paid subscriptions and one-off purchases

If you subscribe to a paid plan or purchase any other paid offering from Legal Street Technologies Private Limited, the following applies:

• Cancellation: You can cancel a paid subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for the unused portion of a billing period unless required by law.
• Refund window: You may request a full refund within 7 days of the original charge. After 7 days, the charge is non-refundable except where required by law or in cases of duplicate or erroneous billing.
• How to request a refund: Email contact@legalstreet.in from the address associated with the purchase. Please include the transaction reference shown on your payment receipt.
• Refund processing time: Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 3 business days of approval and typically credit back within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card network.
• Chargebacks: If you believe a charge is incorrect, please reach out to us first so we can resolve it quickly without involving a chargeback.

Service-credit exceptions

If a paid service is materially unavailable due to a failure on our side — for example, an extended outage of the website or email delivery — we will, at our discretion, extend your subscription or issue a service credit even outside the 7-day window.
