Digital-only delivery

Legal Street Technologies Private Limited operates a digital publishing business. We do not ship any physical goods. All of our services are delivered electronically to the email address or account associated with your subscription.

Indian Legal Brief (ILB) newsletter

The ILB newsletter is published every Monday and is delivered to subscribers by email, typically around 7 AM IST. Past issues remain available on legalstreet.in/journal for reading at any time.

New subscribers receive a welcome confirmation immediately on signup and begin receiving issues from the next scheduled send.

Paid subscriptions and digital products

Where you purchase a paid subscription or one-off digital product, access is granted immediately on successful payment confirmation from our payment partner. For email-delivered products, the first email is sent on the next scheduled send window.

Delivery failures

If you do not receive an expected email, please check your spam or promotions folder and add no-reply@legalstreet.in to your contacts. If you still do not see it, write to contact@legalstreet.in with your subscription email and we will investigate and resend. We are not responsible for delays caused by your email provider, spam filters, or other infrastructure outside our control.

Refunds for non-delivery

If a paid service cannot be delivered to you due to a failure on our side, you are entitled to a refund or service credit under our Cancellation & Refunds policy.
